Why I’m Writing This:
As someone who has interviewed over 120 professionals, mainly in the DSAI field, on my podcast, Ordmen Podcast—exploring themes like self-discovery, career pivoting, professional growth, entrepreneurship, and community-building—I’ve seen firsthand what works and what doesn’t. I created Beyond Algorithms to share insights aligned with these experiences. Also, I bring 25+ years of experience as both an individual contributor and manager in the DSAI field—spanning academia, startups, and corporate environments. Alongside this, my active role in mentoring professionals navigating their career paths has given me a unique perspective. I aim to help you overcome challenges and spark action in your professional journey.
